Change of professional address with URSSAF (online)

Hello Val茅rie,
I am trying to change the professional address with URSSAF. I called and sent an email via their online-form. I was suggested to go this site to change the address. I have looked through it several times but cannot seem to find where the actual address change is supposed to be made. Do you have a suggestion on how else to do it? Am I overlooking something?
