CFE - form for first year exemption - only last year’s is available

I have been searching for some time for the correct form to fill in for the first-year exemption from the CFE business tax. This has to be submitted before 31 December of the AE creation year but all I can find is last year’s form.

Which states clearly it is for businesses created in 2024.
Do you know if the 2025 form is available yet? If so, where can I find it? If not, when will it come out?
And is there someone I can contact somewhere to ask about it? I can’t find the right contact details for it as I keep being sent round in circles with the triage questions here:
