Carrying on business at your domicile - but what about B and B

I have just sent my papers to declare our B and B as AE but having received the newsletter from Plan猫te Auto Entrepreneur, this is what I found:
En tant qu鈥檃uto-entrepreneur, puis-je utiliser mon domicile comme lieu d鈥檈xercice de mon activit茅 ?
Habitant dans une ville de plus de 200 000 habitants et dans les d茅partements des Hauts-de-Seine, de la Seine-Saint-Denis et du Val-de-Marne :
- Il s鈥檃git de votre r茅sidence principale.
- Vous ne recevez pas vos clients 脿 votre domicile (except茅 si vous habitez au rez-de-chauss茅e).
Basically it says that if you live in a town with more than 200 000 people, as I do, you cannot use your domicile to receive clients at your domicile.
Obviously you can’t do B and B unless you receive clients in your home if you don’t live on the ground floor !
I presume (a dangerous word) that this does not apply to B and B ?
