We are thinking of registering soci茅t茅 par actions simplifi茅e (SAS) business in France, we are three co-founders and we realised that it takes quite some time to register a SAS if we wait to finish the co founders agreement.
Can we register the SAS company in France while finishing the co-founders agreement?
