I may have put the following in the wrong topic, if so sorry
I am retired and have lived in France for 15 years. Some yaers ago (until retirmentnt) I was a 鈥渁gent proffesionel鈥�
I am now taking up as 鈥減roperty finder鈥�, but not a sales agent. I will be working 鈥渦nder鈥� a professional property finder who is registered and has a SARL. What I am trying to find out is whether I need to inscribe as an 鈥� agent proffesionel鈥� as before, or as an 鈥渁gent commercial鈥�. Obviously I will not be buying or selling anything, but taking commission from the SARL if I find any properties for his clients.
Any advice on which one would be suitable, and why, please
