I am currently in the process of creating a SAS business聽in France, however, I am having some struggle with few details, any help would be appreciated,
By French business laws, is it possible to have different business brands in different industries registered under one SAS company?聽 For example, starting an online shop for clothing, organic food products such as coffee and spices, and on the other side starts a business consultancy company, is it possible? 聽聽
Once registered, I plan on transferring stock from the UK, 聽聽there will also be a bit of cash capital in the french business account and together (stock and cash) will be a start-up capital. Do you know what documents will be needed from the UK company to certify the stock valuation in France during company registration?
