Business Plan projected income

Help! I can鈥檛 seem to get a clear answer on this one. My project over the next 18 months is to start up a property mgmt business and run it alongside a gite. We are still uk residents although have a house in France already. Can I include BOTH activities in the business plan for my visa OR do I have to do one for each part of the business? We will have considerable funds in the bank from a UK house sale so will have no problem meeting minimum wage requirements, but would it be acceptable to show in the business plan that in year 1 the business might not achieve minimum wage requirements and that I would be drawing funds from the money we鈥檇 have in the bank.
