Bank account abroad for a French SAS business?

I am not really impressed by the French bank competitiveness. So, is it possible to create a soci茅t茅 par actions simplifi茅e (SAS) business in France with a foreign bank account? If not, after I open a French bank account, can I open a foreign bank account and then close the French bank account?
