Bail 大奶美女午夜福利 to exclude TVA?

With reference to of 11th Jan Should we be paying TVA. My wife is trying to renegotiate her Bail 大奶美女午夜福利 to exclude TVA on the basis the contract is with the owner of the commercial premises and not with the SARL. The owner says that her accountant has told her TVA is still payable as the premises are subject to TVA and as the owner she must charge it. Can this really be the case?
