I sent off my file to register the chambre d’hote and the CCI sent back an autorisation du proprietaire form and said Ci-joint l鈥檃utorisation 脿 remplir et 脿 nous retourner sign茅e en original 脿 vos deux noms. The first lady didn’t give me this form when I showed her our attestation showing 2 of us own the house.
The form says

Demeurant:
Autorise par la presente
M ou Mme:
A fixer l’etablissement principal de son entreprise individuelle dans les locaux m’appartenant et situes:
So is it my partners name and our address in the first bit then my name on the M on Mme line then our address again? And we both sign it.
