Auto Entrepreneur registration done/next steps?

I just got my registration as an Auto Entrepreneur with dual activities Liberale and Commerciale. I domiciled the biz in Paris, and am living in N卯mes. What are my next required steps for:
1.Obtaining Carte Vitale
2. Registering for taxes
3. Any other things I may need to do.
I have a kbis extract and a Siren/Siret.
