Auto-entrepreneur or EURL?

I am starting a fitness and health business here in France but unsure if I should be an auto-entrepreneur or entreprise unipersonnelle 脿 responsabilit茅 limit茅e (EURL). I feel I should start as an EURL as I am hoping very much to earn more than 32,000 euros before tax. I am unsure of the taxes. Your video about auto-entrepreneur was very helpful. Are there any useful websites too?
