auto-entrepreneur initial declaration of CFE

I registered as an auto-entrepreneur(liberal professional) in the middle of this year. I assumed I was automatically exempt from paying the CFE. However, I just heard about the initial declaration of CFE form. I haven’t received anything in the post or an email requesting it. Am I supposed to download the form here fill it in and return it by post?
