Are there any tax deductibles as an auto-entrepreneur?

My wife is registered as an auto-entrepreneur and has opted to pay tax and cotisation under the micro- fiscal/social system. I understand that this is a calculation of quarterly turnover, however, her business rents a commercial office on which she pays monthly rent and TVA. Is there any way of deducting this payment from her turnover, or alternatively, claiming it back?
