Are cotisations on materials purchased different to labour?

Following up on on providing the information to receive a credit from R茅gime Sociale des Travailleurs Ind茅pendants (RSI). I wrote as you advised providing all the relevant information - dates, amounts, copies of payments etc. I had to wait 3 months but they paid virtually in full the amount stated. I also enclosed a copy of my RIB and the amount was paid directly into my bank account.
I now split my business charges in France for materials and labour, they have not questioned this for 2015 and it has reduced my quarterly charge. I can only speak well of the RSI and again a very big thank you for helping me to acquire this large amount.
