Approval of facility for small home based cosmetic business?

You mentioned that (DDPP) should be involved in checking the contents of cosmetics that I manufacture, but also that they may check the premises.
I have been making this in an office space, but am converting a small shed in the garden into a designated preparation area with stainless steel worktops and running water. Do you know where I will find a list of the requirements for a small home based business preparation area for cosmetics, as it would be good to tick all the boxes prior to them inspecting the premises, and will be worth incorporating any changes into the building now.
