I have four years experience cooking and preparing food in a restaraunt in the UK along with a European food hygiene certificate and would like to sell milk shakes and perhaps crepes from a trailer on French markets. Is code 47.81 Commerce de d茅tail alimentaire sur 茅ventaires et march茅s the correct code? What documentation will the French authorities demand as proof of experience?
