If I am over 50 and never worked in France, nor registered in Pole-Emploi in the past 18 months - am eligible for Aide aux Ch么meurs Cr茅ateur ou Repreneur d鈥橢ntreprise (ACCRE)? How is that indicated in the form to be sent to URSSAF in the section situation du demandeur?
