Can you please advice me on the rules of insolvency / bankruptcy? We have had a small cafe / Salon de The business since 25 April 2008 and we are under the regime fiscale simplifi茅e which is in my husbands name and I am the conjoint collaborateur. We are non-salair茅s and we have no staff. As a result of insolvency / bankruptcy, can we claim unemployment benefit for us and our two children aged 14 and 16? Who do notify for closure? Any information or advice on this subject would be greatly appreciated.
