Adding an activity selling prints and merchandise as Auto Entrepreneur

My partner and I are both Auto Entrepreneurs and we鈥檙e looking to add a new activity which is selling printed artwork. So we have an image that we would print (externally) onto bags, mugs, posters etc and then sell online and locally.
Could we add this to one of our existing Auto Entrepreneurs at first to see how successful/ costly it is for us?
I鈥檓 an artisan and he is pro lib茅rale- would this make a difference?
He is TVA registered, would this have an impact- would TVA apply to the merchandise? Also how would the earning threshold be affected?
We also want to be able to do a percentage of sales to charity for example our local school fundraiser- is this possible or what would it look like to be able to do that?
