ACCRE and first auto-entrepreneur declaration?

I’m in the process of filling out my d茅claration mensuelle de recettes. I filed for auto-entrepreneur status in October 2011, while registered with and receiving unemployment aide from the Pole Emploi. I applied for aide 脿 la cr茅ation ou 脿 la reprise d’entreprise (ACCRE), sent by registered mail, 4 days after applying for auto-entrepreneur status, but never received any response. Should I chase it up or do I assume I’m accepted?
Assuming that I am able to claim an ACCRE deduction, how do I go about doing it without having the justificatif to include with the declaration? As I am no longer receiving unemployment aide, can I still claim an ACCRE deduction as long as I am within one year of first applying for it?
