As per your suggestion here, I asked my local SIE to provide the VAT number (I only need the number, not going to charge or reclaim ) and they rejected the request with the following phrase
J’ai bien re莽u votre demande de n掳 de TVA intracommunautaire mais dans votre cas, dans la mesure o霉 vous avez opt茅 pour l茅 r茅gime d茅rogatoire, vous ne pouvez pas obtenir un n掳 de TVA intra.
Is this normal?
