Business incorporation tax in France to be reduced

The government in France has confirmed that French incorporation tax called Impots sur les societes, also referred to as IS, will be reduced from 2017.

The existing incorporation is 15% up to 38,120 euros of profit, then 33.33% for profit ranging above 38,120 euros. From 2017 incorportated companies such as EURL, SARL, SAS, SASU opting for Impots sur les societes, will be paying 28% of incorporation tax for their profit ranging from 38,000 euros to 75,000 euros.
